MAKING MUSIC JUST GOT EASIER. MIXLUV LAUNCHES  SOCIAL MUSIC COLLABORATION PLATFORM
MixLuv provides musicians, songwriters and engineers the ability to meet, collaborate, and manage their world of music online

New York, NY, 6/30/15 — On the heels of a successful KickStarter campaign, MixLuv (http://mixluv.com) brings social music collaboration to life. Rather than having to seek out musicians through print or legacy online forums, musicians, songwriters, and engineers now have the ability to meet, collaborate and centrally manage their world of music through the MixLuv platform.

“This platform will have a huge impact on the music industry. There is no existing music creation platform that combines such song creation, recording, messaging and rights management services into one compact set of tools to help the modern day musician. We are also expecting this system to allow us to take a future forward position around artist rights, specifically the songwriter’s share.  With user adoption, and as the old methods continue to get torn down, our solution could have a significant impact on music compensation models moving forward” – Ray Archie, CEO.

Last October, MixLuv raised over $50k through a KickStarter campaign, and has delivered a feature rich beta platform offering a web browser application, which is fully responsive for all tablet devices.

“Users are able to easily connect with other musicians around the world based on a number of criteria to compose the song elements they need to create and finish their mix. The iterative audio mix management platform, based on modern day software version control concepts, allows all parties to be informed of every creative input throughout the production process.”- John Ousby, Co-founder

MixLuv’s core services include Artist, Group, Project and Song directories for users seeking talent or users looking to promote their own material; a dropbox like free storage solution (up to 15GB) for all of the audio components, a messaging system (to be evolved into a native mobile application), multitrack audio playback auditioning system, and a publishing management and audio metadata management system for appropriate tagging and catalogue distribution.

“I encourage anyone who’s serious about making music to check out MixLuv. This is poised to be the creative community that you’ve been looking for.”- Jay Rodriguez, Grammy Nominated Saxophonist and Composer
